Refunds and Returns
We do not accept any returns or refunds at this time. All sales are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception if goods are damaged or for damaged during the shipping process, you are responsible for contacting the delivery carrier USPS/UPS/FEDEX and opening a claim with them directly. We inspected all items prior to shipping to make sure all functionality of products. We are not liable for damages during the shipping process. If items are lost or stolen yo must contact shipping carrier directly to file claim. Items are custom made and cannot be redone all sales are final as each item is individually made.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact carrier immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Some items may have some slight imperfections due to them being hand made.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
